多様な使い方を実現するビルのプロトタイプの提案。

 

[コストメリットを生かす]
原価償却、建築費の観点から「倉庫」として建てるメリットを生かします。

 

[多様な「使い方」を想定した立法的な計画]
単なる積層型の倉庫ビルでなく、吹抜けを用いて立体的な空間を作ります。カフェ、ランドリーなどの活動的なテナントを誘致。

 

[多様な「窓」によってまちに開く]
手で開放できる窓を用いる事で自然換気を可能とし、多様なテナントに対応すると共に、使い方がファサードに現れるようにします。倉庫として活用するときはFRPのダブルスキンなどを構成します。

Proposal of a prototype of a building to realize various usage.
[Take advantage of cost merit]
From the viewpoint of cost depreciation, we will make full use of the merit of building as “warehouse”.

[multipurpose]
This is not just a stacked warehouse building. We will create a three-dimensional space by using a void. We will attract active tenants such as cafe and laundry.

[Open to town by various “windows”]
By using windows that can be opened by hand, natural ventilation is possible, we respond to a variety of tenants. This will make usage to appear on the facade. When utilizing it as a warehouse, FRP double skin will be used.
